Every package includes:
Continuous labor and birth support, wherever you deliver
Support through the first hour or two after birth, including your first feed
On-call coverage from 38 weeks until your baby arrives
Text and phone check-ins between visits during business hours
Co-creation of your birth preferences document
A backup doula you meet before your due date
Informed, steady advocacy at your side.
2 prenatal visits (60 minutes each) to build your birth preferences, practice comfort measures and prepare your partner or support person
Labor and birth support, including personalized comfort measures & coping strategies
1 postpartum home visit: feeding check-in, recovery and processing your birth

Investment: $1950
A $500 retainer holds your spot and is applied to your total. Payment plans are available upon request and all balances must be paid in full by 36 weeks gestation.
Doula services are non-medical. I provide physical, emotional and informational support and do not diagnose, treat or give medical advice.
Voice

A third prenatal visit, your Prenatal Care Consult: a 60-minute one-on-one where we walk through what your care team is recommending right now, from tests and monitoring to induction or cesarean, so you understand the benefits, risks, alternative and the right questions to ask before you make an informed decision.
An additional postpartum. home visit
1 lactation session: feeding setup, positioning and latch basics, with referrals to an IBCLC when you need one
A postpartum herbal sitz bath kit
